Individuals supported by Community Interest Care CIC are encouraged to contribute to the running of their own homes with the support from our staff. We will promote the individual’s independence through active support to maximise their abilities and involvement in all aspects of their lives.

Community Interest Care CIC will make every effort to employ both English and Welsh-speaking staff.

The Registered Manager will undertake a series of risk assessments, these are updated as appropriate. All staff will need to register with Social Care Wales as part of the recruitment process, if not already registered by April 2020. There are three qualification routes to register.

We maintain excellent links with the local GP’s Practise, share services and collaborate on service delivery.
